Fitness Report

Is it good to do sports?
I think physical exercises are good for our body; in general most people do them. I think we have to know how to get fit, and how the food goes into our body. Physical fitness activities, like a balance diet reduces the chance of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis and obesity. It reduces depression’s symptoms and anxiety and helps people with stress. Exercises improve circulation, help to increase HDL cholesterol, and increases caloric needs, which means you can eat more calories but wear less. So it is important to sweat while you play.
There are two types of exercises and fitness level: aerobic, that-use energy of the body plus oxygen, and anaerobic, that use energy of. body without oxygen.
I can conclude that physical exercises is necesary in our life, otherwise, we can get different diseases. Drink water, eat healthy, do exercises!
